Our stay at Cityheaven in Krakow was simply amazing. The apartment was stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean. We loved the convenience of having a dishwasher and the shower was even better than the one we have at home. Plus, the air conditioning made sleeping during the heatwave extremely comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, with the central train station and a huge shopping mall just minutes away. The hostess, Małgorzata, was incredibly friendly and even organized our airport transfer, which was seamless. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this accommodation for a city trip or longer stay.

We had a really great stay in Krakow near to castle, the massive galeria shopping center. We had the room with garden view and recommend it👌👍

Our stay at Cityheaven was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and the Galeria mall. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Ewelina, the lady who met us with the key, was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for dinner and exploring Krakow. Highly recommended! I would highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in Krakow.

The only minor issue I had was that some cabinet doors in the kitchen needed fixing, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just next to the main train station that you arrive at from the airport. It is also a short walk straight to the old town square, making it easy to explore the main old town. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensure a pleasant stay.
